As a board approved supervisor and licensed professional counselor, I strive to provide compassionate support to facilitate trust and growth.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My approach incorporates trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapy.
I have experience helping people who are facing grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and parenting concerns. I am passionate about walking with people who are going through the grief process resulting from any type of loss.
